The Risk Index Tool (RIT) is a data-driven decision-support tool designed to assess and prioritize environmental risks across the country. It aggregates and analyzes a wide range of environmental data, including factors such as pollution levels, climate change impacts, biodiversity threats, and natural hazards. By providing a comprehensive, dynamic risk assessment, the tool helps policymakers, environmental managers, and government officials identify high-priority areas that require immediate attention or intervention.

I participated in the conception and development of the application. The backend was developed in PHP using the Laravel framework with a PostGreSQL database, running on AWS (ECS, S3, RDS, ...), while the front-end was in ReactJS using the component libray Chakra-ui

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Write back-end and front-end tests (PHPUnit, Jest)
• Maintain AWS servers
